Santa Rosa Kid's House
December 2 and 3
We sponsored the cookie decorating table at their 2nd annual tree festival. Not sure who had more fun, our staff or the children. Santa Rosa Kid's House is an organization that does amazing things for abused and neglected children in Santa Rosa County.

Pace Highschool Football Jamboree
August 19, 2011
Shannon (back), Tina (front left), Heather (front right) and Amos our office mascot enjoyed the beautiful weather this year at the Pace Jamboree talking with people about the hospital and giving out information on our services, products, answering questions and giving out goodies.
While the girls were taking care of answering questions and talking with people, Amos was feeding their sweet tooth with some of his name sake cookies "Famous Amos".
WORLD RABIES DAY - SEPTEMBER 28, 2011
To help bring awareness in the community, we partnered with the Santa Rosa Health Department, Santa Rosa Animal Shelter and Santa Rosa Environmental Health today to vaccinate dogs and cats against rabies. In spite of "ugly, rainy" weather, we vaccinated over 190 dogs and cats. Good job everybody!

OUR SECOND ANNUAL MILTON RIVERWALK/RUN

S.S. Dixon Fall Festival
October 6, 2011
We enjoyed a fun filled family night at S.S Dixon's Fall Festival. The children played "PuppyLand" a board game created to help educate and reward basic animal care. Children moved their game pieces (dog or cat finger puppets) forward for taking their pets to the vet, remembering to give monthly heartworm prevention, excercising their pets and remembering food and water. Every child was a winner. They got to keep their puppy or kitty finger puppet and pick a prize. Shannon, Heather, Sandie and Dr.Inomata represented Ark Animal Hospital and really enjoyed watching the children make their way through "PuppyLand".
Berryhill Elementary School
Career Fair
November 2011

Shelby, Heather and Amos educated the children at the career fair on basic duties as a veterinarians assistant and ways to help their parents give excellant care for their own pets. Amos was a good "assistant" as always to Heather and Shelby for visual demonstrations.

A wonderful "thank you" card made by a little girl in Mrs. Preston's class at the school.
